• Question: Has there been any bacteria found at hospitals that has any kind of impact on humans?

      Many of them…MRSA developed really in hospitals where it gained its antibiotic resistances.
      Thing about hospitals is its a big enclosed space where lots of people with weaker immunity go to be made better. That means bacteria found in hospitals can often infect people when if you were healthy your immune system would kick them into touch.#
      So actually a lot of hospital aquired bacteria aweaker than their community versions..but can infect just as well because their targets ( us) are weak when we come to hospitals.

      for example if you have a cut that needs stiches..we have th disinfect the would as thats an enorous breach in your immune system..skin is covered with bacteria and as long as its not compromised it keeps them all out

      So in short many many “harmless ” bacteria can infect us when are immuncocompromised..the biggest colection of immunocompromised people? A hospital..
