• Question: How does your muscular physique change when doing over 7 or 8 hours of sport a week?

      Aaron,

      You start building up muscle mass and also improve your aerobic fitness. you work your body and your body is kept in a good condition.

      I don’t know..its a log time since i did 7-8hrs of sport a weak… I know i had less stomach fat, better nmuscle deifintion in arms and chest…i guess it dpends what sport it is and what muscles you use doing it

      I guess you will get leaner and strong, so your physique would reflect this. That would be a good question to ask a Physiologist.

      This would depend on the sport I guess? Darts or snooker would probably have a pretty bad effect…..

      If you were doing physical sports(that involves running or alike) this would likely have a beneficial effecton muscular`appearance- burning more fat, etc. But this would dependon what you weat I guess!

      Depends on the type of sport. If you are only running then your leg muscles will get stronger but your arms won’t but this many hours of swimming would give you muscly shoulders and would keep most of the rest of the body trim. It will also depend on what you are eating. Increased protein intake while weight training a lot will give you larger muscles.
