      I guess by jogging and doing some mild weight lifting. Sixpacks take a lot of situps and weight lifting.

      Cycling and running is good for the thighs, sit ups and abdominal crunches for the tummy. Swimming is good for the whole body and any type of running around sport.

      Running for thighs and sit ups for stomach, or kick boxing does both!

      I can’t give to much advice about thigh toning I am afraid…. squats? As for six packs, if I knew the answer to this one, I wouldn’t be staring at my big round belly….. I would guess sit-ups (and not eating kebabs)?

      Oh some sort of weight machine brionging legs togther wioth resistance i would think for thighs…and i found sit ups helped me get a 6 pack..of course that was a long long long time ago
