Cycling and running is good for the thighs, sit ups and abdominal crunches for the tummy. Swimming is good for the whole body and any type of running around sport.
I can’t give to much advice about thigh toning I am afraid…. squats? As for six packs, if I knew the answer to this one, I wouldn’t be staring at my big round belly….. I would guess sit-ups (and not eating kebabs)?
Oh some sort of weight machine brionging legs togther wioth resistance i would think for thighs…and i found sit ups helped me get a 6 pack..of course that was a long long long time ago
