That’s not an easy thing to do. I have two daughters (15 and 18) and they suffer from period pains too. If the pains are too strong perhaps you can seek the advice of your GP and get some mild painkillers? your GP should be able to advice you on this.
Well I don’t think the pain can be got rid of entirelt here is a site with a range of options from warmth, paracetemol, TENS machines but it will be different for each and every person…so best plan is see a GP or local Nurse and they will advise what is best for individual you
MILD painkillers!!!…only a boy would suggest that! Go for as strong as the doctor will give you. I used to take Ponstan Forte which prevents the action of the prostaglandins which is what causes the pain. These were prescribed to me by a doctor when I was at university, but they do make you sleep!
