I hope to never retire and continue to work in science as long as I am able to!

I am a long way off retiring so it is a bit of a tough one to answer. I would like to think that I will still have the same enthusiasm for scientific research as I have today, and will still have the drive and desire.

If I do get tired of it in 35 years time, I think I will retire to San Francsico (where I used to live for a few years), learn to surf, and become a chilled Californian OAP.

It’s still a long time before I will be retiring, at least another 25 years. When I retire, I will retire properly I think, but I might try and do something science related like writing books or talking to interested groups of people, Ideally that would involve plenty of travelling too.

      Hi pricee,

I love what I do but when I retire I would like to do other things. Travel around the world, do a lot of sailing and go o watch a lot of big sporting and music events. I would love to meet as many people as possible from different coountries and get to know different cultures.
