Question: why did you pick your research

I have always found developmental biology fascinating and that includes how the immune system develops as it can affect how you respond to everything for the rest of your life. I was also amazed at how many vaccines children receive in The Gambia (often up to 14 before 9 months of life) and wanted to understand how they are responding to them and how this is effecting the way they respond to other things.
