Usually the stomach is very acidic and bugs do not survive well. if we consume a large amount of bugs at once then they may cause us to throw up because of the stomach muscles are stimulated to contract as defense mechanism to throw up and get rid of them.

It’s only the bad bugs that make us sick. It’s the bodies way of getting rid of stuff that it recognise will do you harm.

This is a defense mechanism of the body- they detect that there is something not very nice in the body and respond by trying to get rid of it as best they can…..

well soemtimes it will be down to toxins harming our insides and our body reacting by going ” right lets get that nasty stuff out of us”

The toxins that the bacteria produce can cause involuntary contractions of the stomach causing vomiting- what I would like to know is why does this have to happen so much when you are pregnant! I am suffering from this right now and no extra bacteria is causing it!
