Question: would infants have to be cleaner than the rest of us because they are smaller?

  not because they are smaller as such but because they have an immature immune system and so can not develop a strong enough immune response to the infection. This is why many vaccines are given to infants as there is a high death rate in uner 5 year olds in some countries especially The Gambia.

Question: would infants have to be cleaner than the rest of us because they are smaller?
